We know a thing is a living thing because living things:

All these characteristics are very important for living things to survive.
Living things are: people/humans, plants and animals.

- They breathe through lungs

● CARNIVORES: They eat meat like lions.
● HERBIVORES: They eat grass, plants and fruit like cows.
● OMNIVORES: They eat meat from other animals and also plants and fruit like human beings.
